The government announced that you can check your huduma number status online by visiting the huduma number portal.
You can now check your huduma number card collection and delivery status online using Huduma Card Confirmation portal. Users can use their ID number, birth certificate number or Alien ID to check status.
How to check Huduma number card status online
To check huduma Namba card status online follow the procedure below
- Visit huduma Namba portal https://confirmation.hudumanamba.go.ke
- Input your national ID number
- Click check status
- If you see printing status PRODUCED, then it means your huduma card is ready for collection
- If you see “The Card has not been produced” then it means your card is not ready for collection
How to change your Huduma Number collection point
You can change your Huduma Number collection point by calling Huduma Number Call Centre using the toll-free number 0800 221111 and request them to change the collection point from their end.

This is because the card took a long period to be printed and that a good number of people got displaced from their areas of registration,,, please help coz I am also affected
