StarTimes TV has several packages that users can subscribe to on its platform allowing its customers to upgrade or downgrade their current bouquets.
If you need to upgrade or downgrade your bouquet subscription you can do this by dialling *858# on your Safaricom number or by simply calling Startimes Customer care line on 0719 077 077.
How to change your current StarTimes package
- On your phone registered with Startimes, dial *858#
- Next select “Package Change”
- Choose the type of decoder e.g “Dish” for satellite and “Digital” for normal Terrestrial decoder
- Continue by selecting your preferred new StarTimes bouquet
